 Facility Usage Guidelines:

  • Facility is available only to non profit groups.
  • Greater Fair Hill Baptist Church meetings and rehearsals take first priority in use of the facility.
  • The requesting group must submit an official request at least 7 days before the scheduled event. An agreement stating the requirements and intended use of facility must be signed and both parties (requester and Greater Fair Hill) will retain copies of the agreement.
  • A schedule of fees for building usage, custodial, security, and technical service will be given to the user at the time of reservation.
  • All users must conform to Christian morals and values.
  • Absolutely, no drug use and no alcohol consumption will be permitted on church property. No form of tobacco products permitted.
  • All requesting groups must have 1 adult per 10 persons under the age of 21 years involved in the scheduled event.
  • The facility should be in a clean and orderly state after the event.       Clean-up is the responsibility of the requesting group. All furniture and equipment moved in the preparation for and during the event will be put back in its prior state.
